Jenny the Boss is a former special forces officer, a certified party animal, a serious food lover, and a woman who can dance in front of a traveling music truck like the whole road belongs to her. When she is not working, eating, dancing, or doing all three at once, she likes driving alone across Thailand for no particular reason other than “Why not?” She has collected seven university degrees, more than 50 professional certificates and licenses, and enough qualifications to make a résumé look slightly threatening.

She has been hyperactive since childhood and still seems to run on a mysterious energy source unavailable to ordinary humans. Today, she works as a business consultant and runs several businesses. But wait… Jenny is not obsessed with becoming rich. Money is not the purpose of life, because eventually everybody dies anyway. Cheerful, we know. She would rather enjoy every second, work extremely hard, eat extremely well, and sell TAI GUO PIN around the world so everyone can experience the happiness of seriously delicious Thai fruit.

Then comes the perfectly normal part: she plans to use the profits to fund her own research into human immortality, better morality, systematic knowledge transfer between generations, and uploading human identity into the digital world before the body expires. Yes, she means it. Jenny not only has very big dreams. Jenny herself is also very big!!!

She chose to put her own number there from the very beginning because she wanted to hear directly from the people who actually bought and ate our products. Compliments, complaints, suggestions, or anything else, she wanted to hear it all for herself. Whether a customer called from another province or another country, Jennifer genuinely wanted to know how our products tasted and how people truly felt about them.

Over the years, those phone calls have given us valuable feedback, helped us improve our products, introduced us to customers from many different places, and even brought wonderful new friendships into our lives. It turned out exactly as Jennifer had hoped from the start.

Meet the people behind TAI GUO PIN

The TAI GUO PIN team began with a simple idea: invite a few high school and university friends to roll up their sleeves and help build something together. What started as a small group of people who already knew one another very well gradually grew into a young team with wildly different strengths, ways of thinking, and MBTI types. Some think at rocket speed. Some examine every detail until every dot has a reason for existing. Some ask so many questions that the person answering has to go away, do more homework, and come back better prepared. Others have a very special talent for tasting and are always remarkably willing to volunteer for duties far beyond their job descriptions. Hehe.

We do not agree on everything, and honestly, we think that is a good thing. Nobody here is hired to sit around nodding all day. Everyone is free to speak, ask questions, disagree, and suggest something completely new. Even when a job is already finished, we are willing to take it apart and do it again if someone finds a better way. We do not measure quality by whether something is simply “done.” We always ask one more question: when this reaches the customer, will we truly be proud of it? And have we really put everything we are capable of into it?

We are not particularly good at sitting in an air-conditioned office, reading reports, and deciding that everything must be fine. We would rather go and see things for ourselves. We visit orchards to hear what growers are actually dealing with. We go to the factory to understand whose hands each product passes through. We visit stores to see what customers like, what they do not like, and what still needs improving. Then we come back and think about it all over again. Some things need to be seen. Some need to be touched. Some need to be smelled. And when flavour is involved, of course, it must be tasted. If we are still not sure, we taste it again. This particular inspection process always receives overwhelming cooperation from the entire team, because at TAI GUO PIN, food is always a very serious matter.

We are a young team that loves learning, welcomes technology, and is not afraid to change when we discover a better way. But we do not fall in love with something just because it is new, and we do not cling to something just because it has always been done that way. Everything has to be questioned, considered, tested, and measured against real results. We use data, experience, technology, creativity, and common sense all at once. Tools may help us work faster, but the important things, such as making decisions, keeping our word, and taking responsibility for what happens next, still belong to people.

To us, farmers are not simply suppliers of raw materials. Employees are not simply people who follow instructions. Business partners are not just order values in a spreadsheet. Customers are not merely numbers at the end of the month. We want to build a business where everyone can work together for a long time, speak honestly, solve real problems, and grow together without leaving anyone behind. That is why our dream goes far beyond selling Thai fruit around the world. We want to add greater value to Thai agricultural products, help the people at the source build more secure lives, and show younger generations that agriculture is not old-fashioned. It is a vast field of possibility, filled with knowledge, science, technology, and new innovation.

We are a team that works hard, thinks a lot, laughs loudly, and spends far more time on certain details than most people would consider necessary. But once we place the name TAI GUO PIN on a pack, we must be ready to take responsibility for everything inside it, from the ingredients, flavour, and quality to the trust our customers have placed in us.

TAI GUO PIN Welcomes Interns and Cooperative Education Students

At TAI GUO PIN, we believe that one of the best ways to improve society is through education. Helping young people become capable, confident, and truly good at their work takes a great deal of time, energy, patience, and heart. It is not easy, but we believe it is worth every bit of effort.

Every year, we welcome many interns and cooperative education students into our team. We also have MOU partnerships with educational institutions across Thailand.

Internship Requirements

The internship period must be at least three months.
Applicants must currently be studying at Higher Vocational Certificate level or above.
A guarantor must sign the required agreement before the internship begins.
Applicants should be active, hardworking, patient, eager to learn, and able to work quickly and accurately. They should also be comfortable asking questions, approaching people, and learning from others.
Interns must be willing to help with any reasonable assignment and work across different departments when needed. No task is too big, and no task is beneath anyone.
Applicants should be able to accept direct feedback without becoming discouraged. They must be willing to improve themselves, become highly capable at work, produce good results, and still enjoy what they do.
Applicants should have a positive outlook and a genuine can-do attitude.
Applicants who can travel to other provinces, or who have their own motorcycle or car, will receive special consideration.

Benefits

Selected interns from outside Bangkok may be provided with accommodation in Bangkok after approval by the TAI GUO PIN team.
Drinking water and snacks are provided.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship. However, interns who perform exceptionally well may receive a performance-based bonus.
